Composition structure:The thin oil lubrication station is mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump device, filter (such as double-cylinder mesh filter and magnetic filter), oil cooler (such as tubular oil cooler), electric control box, instrument panel, pipeline and valve. These components work together to ensure that the lubricating oil can be stably delivered to the lubrication part of the mechanical equipment.
Working principle:When working, the lubricating oil is sucked out of the oil tank by the oil pump, after removing impurities through the filter, and then through the oil cooler for necessary cooling (according to demand). Subsequently, clean and suitable temperature lubricating oil is directly delivered to the lubrication part of the equipment to form a lubricating film, reduce friction and wear, and take away the heat and metal particles generated during the movement. Finally, the lubricating oil passes through the magnetic filter to further remove impurities such as iron filings, and then returns to the fuel tank to complete the entire cycle.
